Plans, limits and what counts as a ticket
Daily ticket caps, history windows, sync frequency and which features each plan includes.
Plans are a flat monthly price with no per-seat fees. The pricing page always shows the current limits; this article explains how they are counted.
- Daily ticket cap: each new ticket counts once. Follow-ups on the same ticket do not count again. A chat conversation counts as one ticket, and so does a phone call in which TR-AI answered.
- History window: how far back TR-AI learns from tickets your team resolved (6, 12 or 24 months by plan).
- Knowledge-base auto-sync: weekly, daily or every 6 hours by plan; you can always re-crawl manually.
- Simulation Lab and regression runs share one monthly allowance (1, 4 or unlimited runs).
- Free trials run with Growth Pro limits. Feature links in the sidebar carry a “Bronze+” or “Growth Pro” badge, and the Billing card lists what switches off on each smaller plan when the trial ends.
- When the daily cap is reached, the dashboard banner says so and shows when TR-AI resumes (00:00 UTC); new tickets are left for your agents until then.

Tips & tricks
- When you hit the daily cap, new tickets are left for your team (nothing is sent) and the dashboard shows a banner.
- Downgrading switches off features above the new plan but never deletes your settings — they come back if you upgrade.
