Public API and outbound webhooks
Send tickets to TR-AI from any system and receive events when tickets are resolved, held or triaged.
Create an API key in Settings, then use the REST API to submit tickets, read answers and manage knowledge articles. Outbound webhooks send ticket.resolved, ticket.review_pending and ticket.triaged events to your own endpoints.
