Register your own API endpoints as actions TR-AI can propose and run with approval rules.
Backend actions let TR-AI call your own systems (an order API, a licence server). Each action has parameters, an endpoint template and a risk level: read actions run at once, write and financial actions post an approval request to Slack and wait.
- Sandbox mode stores a mock response instead of calling your system — use it while testing.
- The same call is never made twice within 10 minutes.
- Turning actions off stops every action and procedure tool call immediately.
Tips & tricks
- Prefer ready-made connectors (Shopify, Stripe, Jira) where they exist — they include customer-ownership checks.
- Give every action a precise description; it is what the AI reads when deciding whether to propose it.
