Instead of a flat monthly price you can pay a platform fee plus a price for each verified resolution. The prices are shown in the Billing card when this option is available for your account.
- A resolution is an AI answer TR-AI sent automatically. Answers held for review or handed to your team are never billed.
- It is verified — and billed — 72 hours after it was sent, unless the customer said it didn’t work, reopened the ticket, gave a low rating or asked the same thing again.
- The Billing card shows verified (billed), didn’t-work (not billed) and still-waiting answers for the current period, what you have been billed so far, and a projection.
- Usage is reported to Stripe once per day; re-runs never bill twice.
- Limits and features are those of Growth Pro.
Tips & tricks
- This model suits teams whose ticket volume varies a lot — quiet months cost less.
- Raising your auto-send threshold lowers the number of billed answers and the chance of a failed one; lowering it never goes below 82%.
