Copilot browser extension
Copilot browser extension
Copilot suggestions in a side panel right inside Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Desk, ServiceNow and Jira.
The extension brings Copilot to the help desk your agents already work in. It reads the open ticket’s conversation from the page and shows a summary, sentiment, similar past tickets and a suggested reply in the browser’s side panel, with one click to insert it.
- 1InstallDashboard → Copilot → Browser extension: download the extension and unzip it. Open chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions), turn on Developer mode, click “Load unpacked” and choose the folder. A Chrome Web Store listing is coming later.
- 2Pin and openPin TicketResolve Copilot and click its icon to open the side panel.
- 3ConnectIn the dashboard click “Connect browser extension” and enter the 8-character code in the side panel. Codes last 10 minutes and work once.
- 4Use itOpen a ticket in your help desk; the suggestion appears in the side panel. “Translate for me” shows the customer’s messages in your language (set “My language” once); “Translate to customer’s language” translates the reply in the editor before you insert it.
- Each agent connects with their own code; the extension gets a personal token that can be revoked from the dashboard or by “Disconnect” in the extension.
- TR-AI stores only hashes of codes and tokens.
- Acceptance is tracked per help desk (last 30 days) on the Copilot page.
Tips & tricks
- Revoke the token of anyone who leaves the team — it takes effect immediately.
- If the panel stays empty, reload the ticket page once after installing; the extension only reads pages opened after it was loaded.
- Compare acceptance by help desk: a much lower rate in one desk often means agents there use different macros worth adding to the knowledge base.
