Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TicketResolve AI website at ticketresolve.ai or the TR-AI Resolution Engine (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TicketResolve AI provides an AI-powered support ticket resolution engine that connects to your existing help desk (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Desk, ServiceNow and Jira Service Management), crawls your knowledge base, and uses large language models to draft or automatically send replies to incoming support tickets. The Service is provided on a trial and subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts & Trial

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We offer a 7-day free trial with no payment information required. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. You may delete your account at any time by contacting ghulam@ticketresolve.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; reverse-engineer or decompile any component; use the Service to send spam or phishing messages; upload malicious code or viruses; resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent; or use the Service in a manner that could damage or impair its performance.

5. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you provide, including ticket content, knowledge-base articles, and help-desk credentials. By connecting your help desk and knowledge base, you grant TicketResolve AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, process, and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your ticket data to train shared models that benefit other customers — each account's embeddings are isolated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, and documentation, is owned by TicketResolve AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

7. Service Availability & SLA

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Claims such as "up to 80% automation" are indicative targets, not contractual guarantees. Actual results will vary by use case.

8. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKETRESOLVE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated replies are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing automated replies before they are sent to your customers, and for any consequences arising from replies sent automatically under your configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TICKETRESOLVE AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TicketResolve AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
